DMCA Policy
Onehax respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been published without authorization, we will act promptly.
Our Stance on Copyright
Onehax is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright laws. We respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices and will remove or disable access to infringing content as quickly as possible.
We do not host APK files directly on our servers. We publish information, reviews, and links pointing to external download sources. Nonetheless, we take all copyright concerns seriously.
How to Submit a Takedown Request
To file a valid DMCA notice, please send an email to admin@onehax.in with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Your notice must include all of the following:
A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
The specific URL(s) on onehax.in that contain or link to the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail to locate it.
Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices will not be processed. We reserve the right to request further verification before acting on any takedown notice.
Response Timeline
Valid takedown requests are typically processed within 48–72 hours of receipt on business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the content has been removed or disabled.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to admin@onehax.in. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after forwarding a copy to the original complainant, who then has 10–14 business days to seek a court order.
Repeat Infringement Policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Onehax will disable and/or terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers.
Abuse of the DMCA Process
Filing a knowingly false DMCA takedown notice is a criminal offence under US law and may expose the filer to significant civil and criminal penalties. We take wrongful takedown attempts seriously and will respond accordingly.
